Are my donations tax deductible?

Heal the Hood Foundation is seeking qualification as a Section 501(c) 3 non-profit organization formed to help inner city people who need help and support.  The Foundation expects to receive tax exemption status. Your contribution may be tax-deductible. Please consult your accountant or tax advisor regarding your specific situation. 

I would like to donate items such as diapers, canned goods, clothing items etc. Can I send these resources to Heal The Hood Foundation?

We are collecting these items at the Heal the Hood Hurricane Relief Concert on September 17^th at Phillips Arena in Atlanta Georgia.  The will be other organizations at the event who are collecting these items and delivering them directly to the hurricane victims in the Gulf Coast area.

How will my donation be distributed?

 

Your generous donations will truly go to impact those most in need, in southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and New Orleans.  We are getting the basic necessities to those most in need.
